These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MiHelpr, including our mobile apps, desktop apps, web app, and related services. By using MiHelpr, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

1. Using MiHelpr

Account Creation

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

MiHelpr is designed to help you manage tasks, build routines, and improve your daily life. Please use it for its intended purpose. Don't use MiHelpr to harass others, share harmful content, or violate any laws.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Paid Plans

MiHelpr offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts have limited features. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features as described on our pricing page.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through the app or by contacting support.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in MiHelpr (tasks, notes, routines, etc.). By using MiHelpr, you grant us a license to store, display, and sync your content as necessary to provide our services.

We don't claim ownership of your content, and we won't use it for purposes other than providing and improving MiHelpr.

4. Community Guidelines

If you participate in MiHelpr's community features (forums, buddy matching, virtual coworking), you agree to:

• Treat others with respect and kindness
• Not share personal information about others without consent
• Not provide medical advice or diagnoses
• Report inappropriate behavior to our moderation team

5. Disclaimer

MiHelpr is a productivity tool, not a medical device or treatment. It's designed to help with organization and focus but is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with healthcare providers about your ADHD management.

6. Limitation of Liability

MiHelpr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of MiHelpr, including but not limited to lost data, missed deadlines, or any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of MiHelpr after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and data, though we'll provide a reasonable period to export your information.
